Hanover Symphony Orchestra ScholarshipsAs part of its mission, the Hanover Symphony Orchestra has established a scholarship program. The HSO Board of Directors will grant student scholarships. Any senior from one of the local high schools (Delone, Hanover, Littlestown, New Oxford, South Western and Spring Grove); or any senior member of the HSO, who plans to play their instrument while in college is eligible to apply. In addition, Hanover Symphony Orchestra underclass student members will be eligible for an award to be applied to summer music camp tuition.
Winners of the scholarships will be announced at the concert Sunday, March 28, 2010. Of course, scholarship awards would not be possible without the ongoing and enthusiastic support of our wonderful community. The HSO expresses its profound gratitude to every audience member. |
